2028 Week 12 Notes

2028 Week 12 Notes by DavesGang A great career likely comes to an end. QB Rondell Webster, the All-Time leader in Quarterback Rating, tears his ACL. Its been mentioned before, but Michael Van Horn is having a outstanding year. Not only has he shattered the all time INT record... he is on pace for perhaps the best season ever by a CB. All that while on a struggling 4-7 Philadelphia team that sees a lot more late game run plays than passes. Time to dig a little deeper into the stats. Arizona has struggled some lately, but not when they run to the right side. Charting all runs to the right gives the Cards a whopping 8.17 yards per carry. Dallas QB Coleman is back from injury and in 7 games has yet to post less than a 100 qb rating. Lots of teams that passed on him back in 2025 thinking he wasn't 1st overall talent are kicking themselves now. Congratulations New Jersey Jets! A shutout is always special, but when its against last years SB winner its even sweeter. Turnovers and time of possession were key. St. Louis got back to their winning ways after a two game slump. Hopeful fans were fearful, and started doubting if the team could maintain a lead in the division for the first time since 2011. Next must see game? Cleveland vs Houston This game features two division leaders, super QB Houston (he's a Brown), and uber DE Leland Perez (all time sack leader and then some).
